RKI is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success and growth of our company by developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute overall marketing strategies in alignment with company goals and objectives

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and target markets

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns

- Drive brand awareness and customer engagement through various marketing channels including digital, print, and events

- Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and feedback

- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments to improve results

- Manage the marketing budget and ensure all marketing activities are within budget constraints

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, media partners, and industry contacts

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and utilize this knowledge to continuously improve marketing strategies

- Plan and oversee the execution of product launches and promotions in collaboration with other departments

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing management role

- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Innovative and creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box

- Proficient in market research and analysis

- Knowledge of various marketing channels and their effectiveness

- Experience managing marketing budgets

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Passionate about staying updated with industry trends and best practices

- Previous experience in the healthcare or medical industry is a plus
